Isaac Lakatos has over a decade of hands-on experience in commercial agriculture, beginning in Hawai‘i and expanding into large-scale operations across California.

His background spans irrigation design, fertigation systems, soil health optimization, plant nutrition, and cultivation strategy for high-value crops. Isaac has worked directly in the field — designing systems, troubleshooting failures, and supporting teams through critical growth phases.

In addition to U.S. operations, he has consulted internationally in Mexico, Italy, and Spain, supporting cultivation systems and supply chain consistency across diverse environments.

Lakatos Ag Consulting was founded to bridge the gap between theory and execution — helping farms move beyond reactive decision-making and into disciplined, scalable systems that support long-term success.

Isaac now works in an advisory capacity with select operations, partnering closely with owners and managers to improve efficiency, consistency, and profitability as farms grow.
